• Section digests — Short digests (600-1,000 words) of each of the 47 report sections: story, lessons, mechanisms and caveats. (47 files)
• Critiques and context — The published reception and critiques of the reports, and their intellectual and institutional context. (2 files)
• Hindsight checks — For each report section, what happened after publication (2001 or 2013) to September 2026, with verdicts on each key claim and primary sources. (47 files)
• Section notes — Detailed, page-by-page reading notes on each of the 47 sections of the two EEA reports, each audited against the source (audit log at the end of each file). (47 files)
• Cross-cutting themes — Ten thematic syntheses across both reports, from knowledge and ignorance to interests, lock-in, justice, governance, complexity, mindsets and the reports’ limits. (10 files)
